Finalizing setup for a multimedia event today at UNI. Our team finds it a challenge to not only have the support equipment running correctly but to also have the setup look very clean. Wires hidden as best as possible, MIC’s lined up, etc.
We have done this type of setup before along with adding additional resources like a Polycom IP based H.323 video conferencing unit.
Video conferencing allows us to bring in people from other locations saving money in time and travel for the participant.
